MEET A MILKER-

#184, or more formally named Madison Avenue LL P-Oreo "OREO" had a wonderful time showing at the Maryland Dairy Goat Association's Spring Into Summer Show!

She not only easily finished her championship with three times Grand Champion🏆 but she beat TWO challengers to win Best of Breed in all three rings which allowed her a spot in the line up for Best In Show.

Not only is Oreo proving herself in the milking parlor, but here at Bluffing Goat Farm & Dairy we emphasize the importance of sound structure to support a long and productive milking career, and Oreo is exemplary!!

Oreo happens to be the last of the Madison Avenue herd name, which was owned by the granddaughter of renowned Lamancha breeders, Lucky*Star Farms. Oreo is half Alpine, and half Lamancha! A wonderful breed combination to produce lovely milk for quality cheese-making!
