⭐️ 2026/2027 EMU CHICK WAIT LIST NOW OPEN ⭐️ link below
Emu eggs have just started being laid on the ranch. Only one female is laying as of 10/04/2026. The other females will start laying when they feel like it and I certainly have no say on when that may be. 😁
I would like to give you a few things to consider before you join the wait list.
⭐️ Please only join the wait list if you are serious. Emus do live potentially 30 plus years in captivity. So, this is a huge commitment.
⭐️ Pick up of chicks is required in person at my farm in Poolville, Texas. I do not ship.
⭐️ Please do your research on emus. They are not like other poultry. The chicks are more work and have fragile legs. Their care is unique to the breed as chicks. If you check the FAQ section of my website you will find a download of the Emu Island Diet. Join the group on Facebook called Emu Owners Club. They are a great resource.
⭐️ Eggs take approximately 52 days to hatch once they are set. I send off DNA for sexing and provide that print out at time of pick up. I do not send chicks off with their humans until they are about 2 weeks old.
⭐️ Please make your decisions wisely and do your research. If you find that emus fit your life and you can provide for them for many years to come then please understand this big fact - EMUS ARE PURE JOY!
⭐️ My name is Regina. Emus have saved me in more than one way. They have brought me more joy than I could ever explain. When you meet me, you will see it on my face and you will hear it in my voice. Emu chicks are the most precious little babies and you will fall in love immediately. Its been an honor to share them with others and I look forward to sharing them with many more.
