Should you ever find yourself out in Sausalito, I do highly recommend a stop at the Sausalito Bakery & Cafe!

I found so many good things to eat I had a hard time deciding on which to try!

If you’re looking for something a little different, check out Charm Taphouse & BBQ in the Woodlands!

So many Curries and inventive sides to choose from to add to some Thai spiced BBQ favorites. We tried the Thai Ribs and Red Curry Mac for an appetizer and the Bbq Pork Sandwich and Thai Chicken and Peanut Salad with not one regret. Next time Im looking to try that Thai Tea Affogato!
This ain’t tour typical Texas BBQ! Next time your’re near The Woodlands, make a stop!

I made a Peppers and Eggs foldover breakfast wrap inspired by the breakfast sandwich in Chicago!
This makes an easy one pan meal thats simple to throw together with a few fresh ingredients and can be made for one while you’re traveling on the road or for your family at home.

I promise you, even if you live in a truck, you too can eat this good.
I used a few fresh ingredients and some pantry staples like these packaged ready- made sticky rice to make my own take on Nobu’s Crispy Rice and Spicy Salmon! I served them with some blistered shish*to peppers on the side. An easy to make and delicious bite to enjoy!

Hire me and I’ll put you together a Cajun Boucherie Board like this with Boudin and boudin balls, andouille, cracklins, boiled eggs, various cheeses, and pickled okra and onions, served with saltines, remoulade and stone ground mustard.

Garlic Butter Chanterelles on Sourdough Toast make an easy Monday morning breakfast.

Remember, wild mushrooms are fantastic free sources of food to be foraged but you always need to be 100% certain of what you’re taking.

Yesterday I foraged for chanterelles. Today, I made some Bacon Chanterelle Carbonara with them.
Wild food is always welcome on my plate!
