Today’s drop-off came with a side of TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS! 😩😂

Burned 18 crab cakes—store run, started over. Then flipped half a pan of cookie pudding upside down on the sidewalk while loading. Me and that concrete officially have BEEF! It didn’t book catering! 😭

Cheesecake bites stepped in as the understudy. Caterers make mistakes too—we regroup, improvise, and keep feeding y’all! 🙌🏾

It’s hump day. I need a nap, my legs lifted, and to see Trish Marks EXPEDITIOUSLY! 😂

Today’s menu: fried fish, fried chicken, seafood Cajun rice, cold pasta salad, crab cakes, hush puppies, strawberry salad, and cheesecake bites—because the sidewalk stole the cookie pudding. 😭😂

Another drop-off going out tonight! A BIG thank you to everyone from the Class of ’81 who booked Shanna B Cooking to be a part of your reunion celebration! Y’all could’ve called anybody, but you called BIG MOMMA, and I truly appreciate the love and support! Chicken sausage and shrimp pasta, Boudin balls, turkey, and ham deluxe sliders, deviled eggs, fried chicken, and honey butter croissants.
