Not only are we continuing to pick fresh Sweet Corn every day, as well as Charentais Melons, plus we have vine-ripened Tomatoes, but we just got a delivery of fresh-cut Flowers from our friends at Gray Barn Flowers. We hope you will stop by to pick up a few things for dinner, along with a lovely flower arrangement for your table. And don’t forget to stock up on our Frozen Sweet Corn. It’s available at our roadside market every day through Labor Day.

Lost and Found: If you, or someone you know, was picking up some sweet corn yesterday evening and haven’t been able to find your cane ever since…we have it here, and it’s waiting for you to pick it up.

Our Frozen Sweet Corn is currently available at our roadside market every day from 9am to 6pm. We have 1 lb. and 3 lb. bags. Our Frozen Jalapeno Sweet Corn will be available soon…watch for updates. We will have our freezer full of frozen sweet corn at the Port Austin Farmers Market this Saturday.

Our Frozen Sweet Corn is also currently available at the Port Austin Market, Hurons Finest in Bad Axe, Walt’s Meat Market near Port Austin, BlueStar General Store in Port Hope, and Steiner's Meat Market in Warren, MI.

We now have our 48 oz. (3 lb.) bags of Frozen Sweet Corn available at our roadside market, along with our 16 oz. (1 lb.) bags. Be sure to stop by to pick some up to stock your freezer for the rest of the year (when our fresh Sweet Corn is no longer available). 🌽

We went to the Port Austin Farmers Market to sell our sweet corn and came away with some lifelong friends.

Once upon a time, we four, “ride or die vendors,” met and became fast & loyal vendor friends at The Port Austin Farmers Market.

Joe-Joe, Gypsy, Nancy Empkie (Empkie's Farm Market) and Diane Bird!!!

That was 14 years ago. When we were popped-up on the wet- grassy pre-village green!

Today-this morning— we found ourselves reminiscing and feeling grateful for all of our years together & the beautiful opportunity that (the late) John & Lisa Pridnia, founder of our Farmers Market, gave to us and to the entire Thumb.

Here’s to at least 14 more! 😉
