All of our products can be considered commercial.
Including Labels.
We truly hate that word without anyone having knowledge behind it.
Even though we don’t have a commercial kitchen. That’s where the Home Processors Exemption comes in. So we can sell it in store with the exemption!!
Ask the right questions, get the right answers.
So to answer the dire question what is a commercial kitchen. It’s a kitchen that is used to prepare food for community, not personal use. Community can be anyone but yourself. A private order can be considered community as it’s not for you but them. Community is the word we chose. There’s others but you won’t understand that.. I could go build a shed out back Put a kitchen in, it would have to be inspected for all the right things by NY health but that would make it commercial. IF I had 2 kitchens in my home I could have the second as commercial pending inspection. I know a Lady that makes cakes and has it in her home but has 2 kitchens as referred. So it is possible.
I’m sorry let’s bridge that Gap of knowledge!
We live in a far from educated world where the majority don’t know anything. Anybody can start a business with 0 knowledge in it. I shared the correct information to be slapped with incorrect, unviable, un knowledgeable texts. I won’t continue working with people like that. Personally I can’t deal with non sense and that how everything sounded. If you’re not willing to learn but put someone down you have a lot of nothing to offer me and no dollar amount is worth dealing with people like that. We can find better as a business. We always do.
The items we offer hit all the points listed in photo labeled commercial. Simply our items are commercial.
We have tested out what we offer and see submissions we sent in 2025 were never updated online or added accordingly. The lady in the office probably got confused as it at that time was 2 extra items on one sheet. So email to AG has been sent to get everything updated. When you receive approval emails and you know what you sent but not everything goes right. Stuff happens. Maybe the website isn’t up to date, the time frame is 20 weeks.
Bring it to attentions. Doesn’t mean we didn’t have it in there. Don’t need to act like we don’t know what we are doing.
Clearly you don’t. (Not sorry to say that you made us have all the angry feelings and yet we’re not bashing but educating anyone willing to read)
So for anyone including businesses to discriminate against us is appalling to say the least. I guess being raised into a business and Not a soul realizes creates stupidity or ignorance. I personally would not choose a business to run without Knowledge. And the differ of us and them we share the knowledge after we see we were looked down upon. We won’t be stingy in that aspect.
Very, very Appalled not to be faced for their choices and just leave our items to fend for themselves, no camera, on a doorstep really sets a fire to see what another BUSINESS decided to do to another Business and this Business that’s been running a whole lot longer than they think to leave our potential income out for someone to steal shows you don’t care about the community you live in , your in business For the Money! Not to help the community. You might wanna straighten your business plan out to reflect that money hungry aspect.
1. We price some items lower than market as we don’t wanna hold onto it any longer than needed.
And
2. We know how people like to save money, doesn’t mean we won’t make that money back when the customer returns for more.
No respect for us. Any respect I had for them is also lost. You as a business decided to say we didn’t have what was needed but Failed to ask for copies. You asked a price list/ inventory. Nothing towards what i had, which we already said we had. On you. Not me. I got my papers! Maybe ask instead of assume.
