We have added a Ninja fryer to our Camper kitchen. Love that it doesn’t create as much heat as oven, versatility of it, stores easily and I can take it outside to cook.
This is a great bread recipe for the Ninja
Baked some focaccia bread in the Ninja Air fryer. Had adjust temps a little and recommend turning pan half way if cooking food that takes longer than 20 minutes.
Bread turned out great. So good half was eaten before I could get a picture😂
Perfect amount for the Ninja fryer.
Recipe- Super easy and forgiving🤪
2 cups of bread flour
1 tsp sugar
1 1/2 yeast
2 tsp salt
All in a bowl stir it up good.
1 1/2 cups approx. WARM water pour into the bowl. Stir till a sticky ball. I needed to add additional 1/2 cup of flour. It will be very sticky and you just want it to hold its shape.
Pour into another bowl greased with olive oil. Let rest covered 30 min.
Get your ninja baking pan, cover with parchment paper, foil if that’s all you got or nothing if you like scrubbing dishes. 😝
sprinkle little flour on pan and pour the dough from bowl on it and let sit 30 min.
Preheat your Ninja to 425 bake setting
Before you put in the ninja use your fingers to poke it to fit the pan. This is optional, I brushed top with olive oil and sprinkled on fresh rosemary. Italian herb bland would also be awesome. You could also just sprinkle some flour on top for a rustic take on it.
Place pan in oven bake for 8 min.
Turn it down to 375 15 minutes.
I like to have crunchy top so I did 5 min more on Air fryer setting. Completely your choice.
*** I am in Florida currently and the humidity was killer that day. Not so hot for baking. It effects the rising.
So after your first rising if your dough looks huge and your thinking no way that’s going to work in my ninja. Cut the dough in half and do two batches. 🙂
