We’re also excited to welcome our visiting nutritionist, bringing fresh and nutritious ideas to the table. And we’re happy to see a smoke pit making a special appearance, bringing even more variety and excitement to the dining experience! 🔥

Congratulations to Peter Klein, Director of Culinary Development, on receiving this year’s Compass in the Community Award! 🎉

Peter created a non-profit called The 70% Project, where he partners with Educational Vision Services to give New York City high school students with visual impairments meaningful summer work experience at the CulinArt dining operation at the United Nations.

The 70% Project draws its name from the reality that 70% of blind and visually impaired high school students graduate with no job experiences.

Thank you, Peter, for helping build stronger communities and opening doors to new opportunities! 👏

CulinArt was proud to support Merion Mercy Academy’s Mercy Day celebration with delicious food for students and faculty alike.

Students enjoyed grab-and-go favorites, snacks, and ice cream, while faculty were treated to a special sushi and Asian stir-fry lunch.
