Yesterday was one of My best opportunities that I have encountered…
I was contacted by Kenzi’s Mother, Charlotte Wilks-Brent to do LB’s Sweets & Treats, LLC First Official 🍭🍬🍭1 on 1 Sweet Treats Making Class🍭🍬🍭…. This Class really laid down a solid foundation for Kenzi(15 Year old Student) that She left a Master of every skill taught… You can not even tell that this was Her 2nd time working with chocolate dipped treats… I mean, half way through I was like a proud Mother….
I was able to take My time & made sure She was able to understand, study, practice, & gain techniques flawlessly…. AREA CLEANING & Setup, Fruit Cleaning & Prep Technique, Correct warming & Chocolate Temperature, Coloring Chocolate, & I Shared My Amazon List of My Must haves….
She even mastered My signature bow that adorns My treats…

All of My Students have a follow up assignment to be turned in a week and able to gain My assistance past just taking the class…

Yesterday, reminded Me that God is with Me through everything & not Man(The Small/Big things) … THE 1 on 1 CLASS is really where it is with Me… She left matching my skills & even working on better as I type…..

Mom, invested in Her Daughter, and probably have made that investment back by today… She has advertised for orders, last night with confidence…

Again, Thank You Mom, Charlotte & Kenzi for entrusting Me….
