We had a pop-up at Chef Katsu in Brooklyn yesterday. Authentic noodles as well as the caffeine-free matcha noodles (Our new product) sold quite well. How about ramen noodles with your Thanksgiving leftovers? Ramen noodles should be a great match for a leftover turkey soup!
Just boil the noodles for one minute and add them to the soup!
The ramen kit comes with soup, but we also sell just the noodles for situations like this!
