Ten years ago in May 2016, I took a gamble and opened our family's second Amazing Olive location in Patchogue. I invested all of my money, time, energy, and passion into a community that was just beginning its incredible transformation. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

From day one, Patchogue welcomed us with open arms. Over the past decade, we've had the privilege of serving thousands of wonderful customers, meeting amazing people, supporting local events, and becoming part of a truly special community. The friendships we've made and the support we've received have meant more than words can express.

This milestone wouldn't have been possible without the people who helped bring this dream to life. I want to especially thank my father, Ralph, my then girlfriend and now fiancée, Cathy, and one of my best friends, T.J., who spent countless late hours helping me build out the shop from the ground up. Their hard work, dedication, and belief in this vision made opening our doors possible.
