TOUR STOP #6 - Our FINAL stop of the day had a sweet ending at Sweet Treats on the Wharf in Port Washington! We had such a wonderful day and so many of our "diehard ice cream lovers" stayed until the end. A great day was had by all and one lucky winner took home a portable ice cream maker! We thank everyone for coming out and spending the day together and we look forward to seeing you all next year, when we celebrate LIICT's SWEET 16!!!

TOUR STOP #5- Our next stop in Williston Park was at and of, it did not disappoint! So many yummy flavors and other sweet treats. The weather has been great, so many of us sat outside and enjoyed the gelato!

TOUR STOP #4- Off to visit the first of two great ice cream places in Williston Park- first up the famous Hildebrandt's! Since it was lunch time, many of us also stopped for a bite to eat in this old fashioned fountain restaurant! The staff is so sweet and takes such good care of us!

TOUR STOP #3- We took a drive out to Lido Beach to visit Frozen Cow Ices and Cream! Lots of unique flavors like corn elote #, honey lavender and cereal milk- our participants are still going strong and loving their ice cream!

TOUR STOP #2- We want to welcome a new shop to the tour- Cheeks and Bean Gelato in East Meadow! Our participants LOVED all their flavors and the Dubai Chocolate was definitely a fan fave! A big thanks goes to Bob Fryer and his family at for such a warm welcome!

TOUR STOP #1 - We began the day with Cliff Massey and his crew at LICS Ice Cream in Northport! The Apple Pie and Brookie ice cream were a big hit with our participants!

Now that we have completed the first tour of the 2025 season, we want to take a moment to thank all of the amazing people who make this tour happen every year! There are lots of "behind the scenes" details and these folks help so much so that all of you can have a great experience! And most importantly, they are VOLUNTEERS!

So kudos to Eileen, Jaime and Shazar for all you do for our LIICT family- we love you! ❤️

LIICT TOUR STOP #6-
We ended our amazing day at Old Fashioned Ice Cream Shop in West Babylon. Great ice cream served up by owner Carol and her great staff! She had plenty of delicious flavors, including Central Perk, Creamy Orange and delicious Italian ices that beat the afternoon heat! As a special treat, all of our participants who made it to the last stop were entered into a drawing for a pint sized ice cream maker in honor of our 15th anniversary!! Thanks to all who joined us today and we look forward to another great tour on Saturday, August 9th.

LIICT TOUR STOP #5- Mann’s Homemade Ice Cream

Our fifth stop took us to a new ice cream shop- Mann's Homemade Ice Cream and "mann" was it terrific! Great homemade flavors, hand dipped candies and yummy bakery items - something for everyone here! Thanks to Eric and his sweet staff for having us visit. And by the way, it's the beginning of Shark Week and they prepared something really cool in its honor!!! @15
