Another fun night of sourdough at Inspire to Create thanks to the lovely Kim for her beautiful space.🍞🤍

A big shoutout to my friend Catherine White for coming out and taking the class with me! It was so special to have you there. 🥰

And today, I had my youngest baker EVER join us! Sweet little Joseph, just 4 weeks old, learned all about sourdough alongside his mom and grandma. Talk about starting them young! 👶🏻🍞❤️

To everyone who came out to spend the evening with me, thank you so much for sharing your night, your enthusiasm, and your willingness to learn something new. I hope you had as much fun as I did!

Wishing each and every one of you the best of luck on your sourdough journeys. Remember, sourdough takes practice, patience, and a little bit of love. Don’t get discouraged if your first loaf isn’t perfect. Keep experimenting, trust the process, and most importantly, have fun with it!

And of course, a HUGE shoutout to my cute mama, who is ALWAYS right there beside me at every class. ❤️ From passing out materials and collecting kitchen scales to sharing her own little anecdotes, helping set up and break down, and keeping everything running smoothly, she does it all without ever asking for a thing in return. My unpaid worker, my biggest supporter, and my ROCK. 🥹 I truly couldn’t do these classes without her, and I’m so lucky to have her by my side through all of this. Love you, Mom! 🍞💕

Chris and I are officially off on vacation after tonight’s class! 🤍🌿

The Menu tab on my website has been temporarily disabled while we take some much-needed time away to relax, recharge, and enjoy a little time together.

Online ordering will reopen October 4th! Any messages or inquiries received while we’re away will be answered once we return, so please don’t worry if you don’t hear back from me right away. I’ll be taking a little break from the business side of things and will get back to everyone as soon as I’m home.

Thank you all so much for your patience, understanding, and continued love and support for The Loavely Lady. It truly means the world to me, and I’m so grateful for each and every one of you!

Of course, I’d always love to sell every last loaf at the markets, but it’s never a bad thing to have a few extras to enjoy at home! 🤎

This morning’s breakfast was a thick slice of my Harvest Seed sourdough, and honestly, I’m not complaining one bit. That light, airy crumb, all those beautiful seeds, and a little something to enjoy with my morning coffee. Sometimes the best part of baking is getting to slow down and enjoy a little of it myself. 🌻🍞

Join me for a one-hour sourdough refresher featuring Q&A, helpful demonstrations where applicable, and plenty of time to talk through your sourdough experiences.

Anyone who has taken one of my classes at ANY location is welcome! Whether you attended a class recently or it’s been a while, I’d love to have you back.
