This last month has been incredibly busy, but jam-packed with love. 💗We have been so lucky in this process to have met some wonderful people who share our love of oysters and passion for the environment. Just feeling grateful. Grateful for friends. Grateful for family. Grateful for our team. Grateful for our partners. And just can’t wait to keep kicking ass and serving some kick-ass oysters 🦪

I’m Ella Bunting. I’m a marine biology graduate from Texas A&M University Galveston! I have been in the oyster field for almost two years now and have gained incredible knowledge and respect for those who are also in this field! I’m looking forward to growing more here at Three Sisters Oyster Company!

The first commercial spawn in the state of Texas. 340,000,000 eggs fertilized and on their way to becoming larvae!

Amazing job by getting everything built and leading us through this process! We couldn’t have done it without him!
