Good morning my meal prep lovers! I just wanted to post a few questions and answers I’ve had lately. I am happy to answer anymore that you all have!😊

WHAT ARE DELIVERY DAYS AND TIMES?

Port Orange-New Smyrna delivery is Tuesday’s
Daytona-Ormond is Wednesday’s
However orders of $150 or more can be delivered within 48 hours of ordering.
We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, as our route covers a large region and changes each week.

WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME FOR DELIVERY?

We require you to leave out an insulated cooler bag, or cooler with ice packs in it. If you do not have one we are happy to purchase one for you for an additional charge.

DELIVERY RANGE?

We currently deliver to Volusia County (Edgewater, New Smyrna Beach, Port Orange, Ponce Inlet, Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, Ormond by the sea)

ARE THE MEALS FROZEN?

No, the meals are delivered fresh. They will last in your fridge for up to 7 days and in your freezer for 3 months.

DOES THE MENU CHANGE?

We launch a new menu every week!

WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME, HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN/IF MY MEALS GOT DELIVERED?

We will message you when in route.

HOW ARE THE MEALS PACKAGED?

Each meal will come in a plastic, recyclable/ BPA free microwavable container. They are fresh, fully-cooked, and refrigerated.
We can also accept special orders for dietary restrictions. Please feel free to contact me directly at 386-212-7762 for any questions you may have!
