Strawberry U-pick and the Saturday Farmstand Open Tomorrow!

Gates open at 11:30. The u-pick will be open until we’re picked out (and that could happen fast - ‘tis the season for strawberry fever)! The farmstand will be open until 2:30, or until we’re sold out.

There’s lots of great produce to kick off the summer season:
- Abby’s Greens
- Basil
- Head lettuce
- Hakurei turnips
- Bunch greens
- Microgreens
- Radishes
- Strawberries
- Potatoes
- Bok choy
- Fresh red onions
- Broccolini
- Shallots
- Spinach
- Kohlrabi, and more!

If you pay with SNAP at the farmstand you get a 50% discount thanks to Double Up Food Bucks! U-pick strawberries are eligible for the Double Up discount but you‘ll have to check out at the farmstand instead of at the u-pick tent.

Otherwise, cash or check (no credit/debit cards, sorry!). Remember to bring your own containers to take your berries home in.

Annnnnddddddd, don’t forget that our strawberry season goes ALLLLLLL SUMMER LONG, through September. There are lots of berries in August/September and way more elbow room - so pro-tip: plan to fill your freezer later in the summer after the frenzy has calmed down a little 😉🍓

We’re all stocked up and ready for the farm stand tomorrow!

Stop by Saturday 9am-2pm.

Cherries, pie cherries, Marion berries, strawberries, raspberries and peaches are all in the stand!!!

Oathill Grass Fed, Grass Finished beef. Ground, filet mignon, t-bone and ribeyes.

Rustic Coast Pastries is serving -
Homemade Biscuits and gravy GF, homemade beef Lasagna GF, homemade clam chowder, warm Cinnamon Rolls, Handpies and Pop Tarts.

In the stand, she also stocked the following: Rustic bread, sourdough, cookies, brownies and so much more.

Jam, Jelly, Salsa, Pickles, Dilly Beans, cowgirl candy and more…

Foustman’s dry naturally cured salami. Beef, Lamb, Turkey and Pork.

Fully restocked Octopus Herb Garden’s tinctures, salves and tea.

Badger salves, bug spray and more.

As of today the you can use SNAP at our weekly farmstand and get a 50% discount on Valley Flora fruit and veggies!

We’re now part of Double Up Food Bucks Oregon, an initiative to make fresh produce more accessible to low income families around the state. Grab your Oregon Trail card and head to the farmstand between 11:30 and 2:30 every Wednesday & Saturday to take advantage of this great program. Please spread the word among your friends and neighbors!

A few things to know if you want to shop with SNAP:
- We can only accept SNAP in-person for drop-in shopping. We aren’t able to process SNAP for online pre-orders.
- Only fresh fruits and vegetables are eligible for the Double Up Food Bucks discount. If you want to purchase eggs, tea, hot sauce or jam you can pay with your SNAP card but will not receive the 50% discount on those items.
- U-pick strawberries are eligible for the Double Up discount but you will have to check out at the farmstand instead of at the u-pick tent. U-pick is scheduled to open this Saturday, June 13th!
