If you would create a perfect sushi roll what
would it be?
Mine is all about veggies, red cabbage,
carrot, avocado, vegan tuna, radish and
scallion. Topped with sesame seeds and
ready to eat for lunch. I usually serve it with
my favorite salad made of sauerkraut and
raw shredded carrots.
