High-Quality Installation – Highly Recommend!

I recently had a whole-house water purification system, water softener, and a kitchen reverse osmosis unit installed, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

The installation technician—a certified plumber—was outstanding. It is clear they take great pride in their craft. The plumbing work is exceptionally neat, well-organized, and secure. They took the time to calibrate the softener settings specifically for my needs and ensured the RO system in the kitchen was functioning perfectly.

What stood out most was the professionalism and attention to detail. The technician explained the maintenance schedule clearly and left the workspace spotless. It’s rare to find such a combination of technical expertise and great customer service.

I had a water softener installed by PSL Water Guy LLC in Port St. Lucie, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.

The installation was completed in under 2 hours and was done very cleanly and professionally—no mess, no shortcuts, just solid workmanship. What really set them apart was how they handled the HOA process. They took care of all the paperwork, provided detailed system specs, and even included photos, which made approval completely hassle-free.

The system installed is a City 10"x54" mixed bed unit with UV protection for outdoor use, equipped with a Clack Components digital metered valve head and Clack bypass valve. It’s designed to remove both chlorine and chloramines using catalytic carbon and filtration media.

After installation, I tested the water myself using color test strips, and the results showed zero chlorine and no hardness minerals at my tap—exactly what I was hoping for.

They also stand behind their work and provide service after the sale, which gives me added confidence in the long term.
