Chef Eddies Rolling Bistro Food Trailer Located on wednesday through Saturday at The Brewhouse Gallery in lake Park on Park ave.

I have Been Operating Chef Eddies Rolling Bistro since October of last year. I am fixed up here daily ex Mondays, at the Trident Golf course where the public is welcome. We have a nice outside Deck to sit and enjoy your food overlooking the course. I am also available for outside events for either specialized Catering, Personal Chef, and Food Trailer Bookings for any Event from Weddings to BBQ's.

You out riding get thirsty and you want something to eat stop by Handlebar Bar & Grill I'll be in the house cooking all day famous Philly cheesesteaks awesome burgers and whatever else you desire that we have on the menu. I'd like to take this time to thank everyone who supported me while I was operating down at the brewhouse gallery in lake Park I thank you all for your patronage and support during that time. I have been asked to pull my trailer out of there due to additional costs which I was paying for however I guess it's creating an issue? I haven't decided yet what I'm going to do with the food trailer at this time? I may sell or I may wait to open it back up when season gets busy again somewhere? Anyways I hope everyone has a wonderful summer and thank you again for your support while I was operating at the brewhouse gallery I appreciate it.

Let's kick off the 4th of July weekend over here at the brewhouse Gallery starting on Thursday evening tonight moving on through until Saturday night! I'm open tonight with some great new items on the menu. Gary Frost is in the house so come on down for some great food great entertainment. Also this Saturday I will be smoking ribs and wings with some sides for a barbecue Saturday here at the brewhouse starting at 3:00 p.m. food will be available. Chef Eddie's rolling bistro will not be open today as previously announced due to a private birthday party where food will be provided here at the brewhouse gallery. However I will be open again beginning Tuesday evening until Friday this week please come by enjoy some great food and some great entertainment. I will also have a couple of new appetizer items on the menu for example my homemade stuffed mushrooms some bacon wrapped shrimp again, also going to start and try some chicken nachos as well? I will be closed next Saturday evening but may do a Father's Day breakfast on Sunday will keep you posted and let you know? Hope everyone has a wonderful week
