Because Maryland’s “Cottage Food” laws are so strict I am not allowed to sell my salsa to the public. I am simply providing goods to friends and family and they simply reimburse me for the ingredients and containers used to make and can such goods. I will continue to provide this service as long as this arrangement is kept amongst family and friends.
