Wooden Boat Festival was a blast!!⛵️Thanks so much to everyone coming out and supporting us, we had so much fun making crepes & galettes in Port Townsend!

And what an awesome location to set up, we got to see some incredible views of the boats sailing by, right from our little crepe stand. We hope to be back next year!

Hey everyone!! We’re exited to announce we will be at two festivals this summer!

July 20th @ Art on the Ave Tacoma 12-7pm

Sept. 5-7 @ Wooden Boat Fest. Port Townsend

We’ve taken a step back this year as we’ve assessed our business model, next steps, and life plans. But we’re just so excited to make some crêpes this summer, at two super fun festivals!
And in places that are really special to us :)

Hey y’all! Figured we should post an update since our main farmers market season has wrapped up. We are currently in Europe doing product research on variations of crêpe & galette that we hope to bring back to the pnw! We will be spending time in each corner of France to optimize our perception of French cuisine.
A reminder and thank you is due to everyone who supported us in our first year of business; we learned so much and are excited to return next season to see all your smiling faces.
We will be updating our story as we travel. Any recommendations or requests are welcome and we are excited to hear from y’all! We can’t wait to bring what we’ve learned to the table in the 2024 season, merci et a bientôt!

An apology to all our Eastside Tacoma Market goers for the no show last week, we were busy prepping for Summerfest! You can find us again tomorrow at Eastside Farmers Market, located in Stuart Heights Park 3-7pm.

Hey y’all! We are super excited to announce that Cut the Crêpe is only a day away from opening for business!

We will be at the Eastside Tacoma Farmers Market tomorrow 3-7pm (located in Stewart Heights Park) So come check us out for a fresh sweet Crêpe or savory Galette !
