We are officially 11 days away from our Spring Into Summer Wine Tour and we’re excited to introduce another featured stop on the tour, Eaglemount Wine and Cider

Known for their handcrafted wines and cider and relaxed countryside setting, Eaglemount brings a unique tasting experience to the tour with thoughtfully selected wine and cheese pairings.

Here’s what you’ll be tasting during the event:

2019 Raven
A Bordeaux-style blend crafted from premium Columbia Valley grapes. Paired with Bonneville from Daniel’s Artisan Cheese, a decadent double cream cow’s milk cheese washed in Syrah.

2024 Grenache Blanc
A crisp white wine with notes of melon and pear. Paired with Reserve from Daniel’s Artisan Cheese, an extra-aged farmstead cow’s milk cheese with delicate tyrosine crystals.

Cherry Mead
An artisan honey wine crafted from tart cherries, heirloom apples, and local honey from Sequim, WA. Paired with fresh goat cheese.

FairWinds Winery will be pairing the following:

Pinot Gris paired with a slider of mozzarella, fresh local basil, beefsteak tomato , and pesto.

Blush paired with a slider of honey-cured baked ham, machego cheese, fresh watercress, and brown mustard aioli.

Cellar Rat Red paired with a slider of roast beef, romaine lettuce, beefsteak tomato, and a mild horseradish mayo.

We’re excited to introduce another stop on our Spring Into Summer Wine Tour - FairWinds Winery ⚓

This locally loved winery has deep roots in Port Townsend’s maritime history. Founded by former Coast Guard members and inspired by the phrase “fair winds and following seas.”

They craft handmade wines using Washington-grown grapes, with a focus on both classic favorites and unique varietals you don’t always find elsewhere.
