Tuesdays are usually the throwaway night of the week. We're trying to change that.

Every Tuesday, our chef at the Mineola Hand Roll Bar goes off-script and builds a brand-new experimental handroll — one they've never made before and won't make again. Different fillings, different flavors, a genuine one-time-only bite.

Spend $20 or more when you dine in, and it's on the house.

You can't order it online and you can't get it Wednesday. You have to be there — which is kind of the whole point.
