Harvesting Lemon Balm from our farm!

Lemon Balm is one of my favorite herbs.
Adding it to sun brewed iced tea and sweetened with our honey makes for a refreshing summer drink.

Other beneficial uses: used to reduce stress, calm anxiety and uplift moods! *

Precautions: Hypothyroidism as it inhibits thyroid function. And as with all herbs, always check with your health care providers if you are pregnant, breast feeding or taking prescription medications.
