Germantown Winery LLC will celebrate our grand opening in late Summer 2014. We currently are working on a variety of grape and fruit wines to appeal to every palate such as Riesling, Concord, Niagara, Merlot, Steuben, Elvira, Traminette, Geisenheim, Blueberry, Cherry, Apple, and Catawba. The final interior renovations should be completed in about a month to six weeks and, hopefully, spring will be upon us, and we can get the outdoor plans started. Initially, we will have a small tasting room but have plans to include an outdoor area for people to enjoy the country setting along with some great wine and good conversation as well as occasional entertainment.

We're so excited to welcome Alex back. It's going to be great seeing him again and having him back with us.
JJ is busy getting the German cruisine ready!
We can't wait for a fun night of great music, good friends, German cuisine, w**e, seasonal b**rs, warm specialty drinks.

🍻 OKTOBERFEST IS TOMORROW! 🍷🎶

Come hang out with us at Germantown W**ery for their Oktoberfest Celebration!

The festivities get rolling around 5:00 PM, and Shades of June hits the stage from 6:00–9:00 PM.

There’ll be great drinks, Oktoberfest fun, and three hours of live music to finish out the evening.

And before anyone asks… this picture is almost certainly the only time you’ll ever see Shades of June in lederhosen. 😂 So enjoy it while it lasts.

Germantown Oktoberfest is Saturday, October 3, 2026 and Shades of June (SOJ) is ready to rock the stage!

GERMANTOWN OKTOBERFEST is next Saturday, October 3rd.

The dancers are ready, the band is ready, and Get Your Grub On's menu is Apple c***r braised pork, Bratwurst and hotdogs with sauerkraut on pretzel rolls, spaetzle and mashed potatoes with gravy or b**r cheese, apple slaw, popcorn, pretzel bites, various sweets. The dancers and band will start around 6:00; however, food will be ready earlier.

We will have our usual favorite w**e selections, plus seasonal b**rs, specialty drinks (Gluhwin, warm caramel apple w**e lattes, and, weather permitting pumpkin smoothies).

The decorations are nearly complete, the photo booth is ready, we just need some smiling faces.

So, if you haven't made your plans yet, get those text messages going and grab your friends! Come enjoy some German food, w**e, b**r, music, dancing, and Oktoberfest fun with us.

⚠️ SATURDAY EVENT CANCELED – WINERY STILL OPEN ⚠️

Unfortunately, due to the forecast for rain and inclement weather tomorrow, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel Saturday evening’s event featuring Midnight Sun and Iron City BBQ.

Germantown W**ery will still be open for regular business, so you’re absolutely welcome to stop in and enjoy the w**ery. However, Iron City BBQ will not be on-site and there will be no live entertainment tomorrow evening.

We hate having to make this call, but with the weather forecast, we feel it’s the best decision for our guests, entertainers, and vendors.

We truly appreciate everyone who was planning to come out, and we’re sorry we won’t be able to have the full event as planned.

Please help us spread the word by sharing this post with anyone who may have been planning to attend.

Germantown welcomes back Reminiscence from 6 to 9 pm!

We are also excited to welcome a new food vendor, Iron City BBQ, menu attached, so come hungry.

What a great evening last Saturday! The music was wonderful, the food was delicious, the w**e was flowing, and the weather could not have been better.

A huge thank you to From the Top for providing such fantastic music and to Get Your Grub On, JJ, for the delicious food.
