Announcement🚨🚨🚨 We had to pause, take a step back and remember why we started all of this. KEEP READING!
James and I wanted to start a business based on community and connection, by selling delicious cookies made from quality ingredients. It's become more than that. At times, it can be incredibly overwhelming and at other times exhilarating! We have an amazing staff now and that means the business is doing even more.
Now more than ever, we have to focus on what started it all. Making quality cookies that bring joy to our customers, while providing a stable income to everyone at 13 Cookies and quality of life. That last part is most important.
We are experiencing growing pains right now, which means we have seen an increase in foot traffic. However, we are not in a position to hire extra staff. With that said, we have to scale back on how many events we can do to keep up with the store and be creative.
Here's what this means:
1) We will no longer be selling cookies at Texas Township Farmers' Market We are so grateful for the experience and support there. It is a fantastic market with incredible people, but it's simply more than we can chew right now.
2) We are cutting back on some flavors so we can keep up with demand and still be creative with new flavors.
3) We have a new tab on our website 13cookiesmi.com
It's called SECRET STASH. You should check it out. We will update it often with flavors that you love and want, but we may not always have them in the case. Go here to pre order so you can guarantee your faves! Stay tuned for a tutorial on this.
