Yesterday’s Roosevelt Refreshers program featured Oscar Robinson sharing the history of the Buffalo Soldiers at Enchantment Vineyards. From the origins of the name β€œBuffalo Soldiers” to the story behind Buffalo Soldier Hill, attendees explored an important piece of local and national history including the years of advocacy that helped rename the landmark.
