With kidding season 2026 now finished, here are the details. 13 boys, 6 girls for a total of 19 kids this year. We are now up to 42 goats total here.
The photos show our biggest and smallest of each breed-Nubian and Nigerian Dwarf.

Big thank you to the staff at Annabessacook for everything you did to get Nova up and going.

Now we will work on packing some weight back on and continue to monitor and provide supportive care at home but we are very happy to have her back❤️

Another Nova update!

Shes holding on! Her levels are very slowly improving and shes showing interest in their hay. She finally started urinating again. The vet will run blood again in the morning and see where we are at. Heres hoping we are on our way out of the danger zone

Nova update:
Nova has been admitted to the vet this morning.

Her bloodwork shows a lot of issues all going at the same time. Her potassium tanked which is trying to shut everything down. Her kidney values and liver values are both off.
The vet is going to try to slowly level everything out but theres a possibility she might not make it when they try to stabilize her everything.
Basically as the vet put it shes a walking chemistry set right now.
We are really hoping for a good outcome hut her prognosis is pretty guarded right now.

In need of thoughts or whatever everyone does. Nova is currently very sick. We had a virus that swept through our Nubians in particular and it caused a secondary overgrowth of coccidia. So far everyone but Nova is bouncing back. Its looking like Nova has now developed pneumonia. We have been in touch with our vet and are doing absolutely everything we can to get her back to feeling well. Probably not getting much sleep tonight and if she hasn't improved in the morning we will be on our way to the vet for further supportive care.

Stop on by Lovell Lake Village Market on Meadow St in Sanbornville and pick up some of our lotion or liquid soap or both! Just inside the main entrance to your right and look down. And they have amazing quality meats here as well as baked goods and all your grocery needs!
