The cookies, bread, brownies, and muffins are wonderful… but these little messages might be our favorite part of the stand.

Thank you for every purchase, every encouraging word, and every bit of support you’ve shown our family. What started as a simple dream has been met with more kindness than we could have imagined.

As we close out the day, we’re down to just a handful of sourdough loaves, muffins, brownies, and cookies for tomorrow—which is something we never expected when we started this adventure. ❤️

Tonight we’re ending the day feeling incredibly grateful, deeply encouraged, and truly blessed. Most of all, we’re thanking God for His faithfulness every step of the way. 🌾✨

We sold out. 😳

Apparently you all took “fresh baked cookies” as a personal challenge, because every single one disappeared.

The good news? There’s another batch cooling right now and should be ready soon!

Thank you for keeping us busy, keeping our ovens running, and keeping me questioning whether I actually made enough of everything 🤣

Apparently we’ve reached a new level of official around here… because my husband got so excited about the homestead stand that he ordered fancy flags. 😂

So if you’ve been wondering where to find us, just look for the giant “FARM FRESH EGGS” and “SOURDOUGH BREAD” flags proudly waving by the road. I think Lou would be disappointed if I didn’t mention it. 🤣

This was all that was left after this weekend….and our hearts are so full❤️ 🙏🏻

To be honest, we had no idea our little stand would welcome so many people on its very first weekend—especially with such a limited menu! Every visit, every purchase, every kind word, every note left on our notebook and every bit of encouragement meant more to our family than we can put into words.

There may have been more than a few happy dances happening behind the scenes this weekend. 💃🥹 The kids are especially amazed by their earnings and have been talking about how kind and generous everyone has been. Seeing our community rally around this little dream has been such a blessing.

Most of all, we’re thanking God for His faithfulness and for the many blessings He has poured out on our family. He has truly outdone Himself, and we’re feeling so blessed to watch this dream become a reality.

This week, we’re planning to stock even more goodies! 🥖🧁🍪 If there’s something you’d love to see at the stand, let us know in the comments—we’d love to hear your ideas!

We are SO grateful for all of the love and support on opening day. What started as a little family dream is becoming something real, and it’s all because of this amazing community.

I loved seeing so many new faces and getting the chance to meet everyone who stopped by. And the kids? They had the best time selling lemonade and helping with the stand that they’re already begging to do it again tomorrow!

Most of all, we’re thanking God for His provision and for opening doors we never could have opened on our own. Watching this little dream unfold has been such a reminder of His faithfulness, and for that we feel so deeply blessed.

Thank you for supporting local, supporting our family, and believing in this little homestead. It truly means the world to us. 🌾🫶

Soft opening weekend is officially here at The Jaecks Family Homestead! 🖤

We’ve stocked the stand with fresh homemade goodies, including:

This weekend is extra special because it’s truly a family effort—our kids helped bake many of the goodies you’ll find on the shelves, and they’ll also be outside selling lemonade today! Every purchase helps encourage their hard work and entrepreneurial spirit.

The shelves are built. The fridge is in. The finishing touches are underway.

Now all that’s missing is the good stuff. 🐓🍞🌱

Very soon, these shelves will be filled with fresh eggs, homemade sourdough, baked goods, seasonal produce, and other homestead goodies from right here at The Jaecks Family Homestead.

We can’t wait to open our little self-serve farm stand and share it with our community.
