While we love a traditional buffet, action stations spread throughout corners of a rooftop was a fun way to get guests and chefs to engage, encourage people to try new things, and shake up the traditional corporate cocktail/dinner party.
Guests could build their own pasta dishes with different pastas, sauces, proteins, veggies, and toppings, enjoy a raw bar with live shucked oysters and shrimp, customize fresh sushi hand rolls with tuna, shrimp, avocado, ginger, and sauces, and choose from sliders including beef, pulled pork, and Maine lobster rolls, all made to order.
Last night felt like a full culinary journey where every corner offered something new to try. One of the best parts was seeing so many of our longtime favorite chefs and staff come together for such a fun night. Complete with two bars and plenty of Maine inspired decor, this was truly an Experience Maine Culinary event for the books, and one we’ll be smiling about for a long time.
Let’s do it again👨🍳🦪
