The holidays are here! We never forget to bring some Daddy’s to the party for easy cocktails the whole family can enjoy!

Recipes:

N/A Spiced Mimosa:
1/2oz lemon juice
1.5oz fresh OJ
1/2oz Cinnamon Demerara
3-4oz club soda

Combine in a glass with ice, stir & enjoy!

Winter Whiskey Sour:
3/4oz Lemon Juice
3/4oz Ginger Syrup
2oz Rye whiskey
1 dropper Portland Bitters Project
Super Spice

Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake for 10sec. Strain, garnish with a lemon twist and rosemary sprig

J-Bird & Tonic
1/2oz Lime
3/4oz J-Bird Syrup
3oz Dappled Aromatic Tonic
3oz Club Soda
Dash Aromatic bitters

Combine ingredients into a tall glass, add ice, stir, and enjoy!

Upgrade your campfire ⛺️ cocktails with a Rye-Tai!

An unorthodox pairing made in paradise.

Rye-Tai:
1/2oz Daddy’s Orgeat
3/4oz fresh Lemon juice
1.5oz Pineapple juice
2oz Distiller’s Reserve Rye
2dashes Orange bitters

Shake all ingredients in a mason jar with ice, or just put it in a plastic cup and stir with your finger 🤷‍♂️

1oz Banana Falernum
3/4oz fresh Lime
2.5oz Distiller’s Cut Rum

Shake with a couple small cubes, and strain over a coupe filled with shaved (or crushed 🔨 ) ice!

3/4oz Passion Fruit Vanilla Syrup
1/2oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2oz Distillers Cut Rum
2 dashes Orange Bitters
1/4oz PX Sherry (float)
3-4oz Club soda
