The holidays are quickly approaching and there is still time to get your loved ones some sauces before this batch runs out. I'm currently running a 3 for $20 on all classic sauces through the end of the month.

Available sauces are:

Prickly Pear Dragon Fruit: Prickly Pear, Dragon Fruit, Sugar Rush Peach Peppers, Aji Pineapple, MOA Scotch Bonnett, White Carbonero, Lime Zest, and Lime Juice.

This sauce is available for $10, along with all of these classics for $8 (or 3 for $20):

It was a long summer of music, backpacking, and waiting for peppers in the garden to ripen, but I am back with a brand new sauce and some classics for everyone.

This brand new sauce was created when a neighbor dropped off his harvest of Prickly Pears right as my Sugar Rush Peach Peppers finished their nearly 3 month ripening period. Knowing that these flavors would pair well with exotic fruit, I came up with this flavorful, medium heat, sauce that has quickly become one of my favorites:

Prickly Pear, Dragon Fruit, Sugar Rush Peach Peppers, Aji Pineapple, MOA Scotch Bonnett, White Carbonero, Lime Zest, and Lime Juice.

This sauce is available for $10, along with all of these classics for $8:

Roasted Garlic and Turmeric Root
Pineapple Ghost
Fermented Heirloom Tomato
Ginger Ataulfo Mango
Jamaican Jerk

After a (too long) hiatus of making posts and sauces due to vacations and preparing plenty of pepper plants for this summer Public Offender is back with a bunch of sauces. All sauces are still $8 besides the One Year Ferment which is $12. We can arrange local pickup or can ship with additional S+H added. Just shoot us a DM and let’s get you some sauces!

Roasted Garlic: Roasted Garlic, Shallot, Turmeric, Carrot, and Red Ghost Pepper.

Mango Ginger: Mango, Ginger, Shallot, Garlic, and Giant Yellow Scorpions.

Pineapple: Plenty of fresh pineapple, Yellow 7 Pot Peppers, Orange Bell Peppers, Ginger, and Shallots.

One Year Ferment with Peach, Nectarine, and Apricot: An assortment of Medium to Super Hot Peppers (Brainstrain, Chocolate Bhutlah, Sugar Rush Peach, Aji Pineapple, Hurtberry, Big Momma Mustard, and Red Ghost Scorpion) that were fermented with Carrots, Onions, Garlic, Lemons, and Ginger for a full year. This was then blended with TONS of White Peaches, Yellow Nectarines, and Aprictos. THIS SAUCE IS HOT AF.

Fermented Heirloom Tomato: Heirloom Tomatoes, Red Ghost Scorpion Peppers, Aji Fantasy Peppers, Onion, Curry, and Garlic.

Jamaican Jerk: White Carbonero and Chocolate Bhutlah Peppers, Homemade Jerk Seasoning, Green Onion, Cilantro, Plums and Honey.

Fermented Roasted Hatch Chilli: Roasted then Fermented Red and Green Hatch Chillis, Onion, Garlic, Cilantro, and Jalapeno.

The holidays are almost here and we have the perfect minute stocking stuffers

Sauces are $8 a bottle besides the Gooseberry (due to sheer amount of peppers and cape gooseberries) and are available for local pick up/delivery and can be shipped as well.

Right now we are fully stocked with the following:

Roasted Garlic: Roasted Garlic, Shallot, Turmeric, Carrot, and Red Ghost Pepper.

Mango ginger: Mango, Ginger, Shallot, Garlic, and Giant Yellow Scorpions.
