IMPORTANT SUMMER BREAK ANNOUNCEMENT!!!!

Here comes the summer! It is the time when everyone goes traveling and camping and we let go of our routine a little.
We’re going to take advantage of it and while you play in the sun we’ll be taking a pause from cooking and putting all our our energy into our new and improved service, including a new website and ordering system!

Be sure to place your order by today at noon for our last menu of the summer to be delivered on June 13th.

Thank you for all your support! We can’t wait to feed you again In September!

Here at Nourish it is very important to us that we support local small businesses and our local economy.

This week in our Shrimp Chow Mein dish you are having Portland's own Umi Organic] noodles!

This woman owned company makes noodles that feature high protein Western wheat and whole grain barley flour from Myrtle Creek Farm in Southern Oregon and are certified organic and are naturally vegan. Umi Organic even created a yakisoba noodle specifically for Oregon public schools with 50% whole grains to meet federal nutrition guidelines using whole grain organic flour from Camas Country Mill in Junction City, Oregon and they are served in Portland Public Schools.

At Nourish we are passionate about feeding our families well with high quality ingredients so we are proud to support Umi Organic] and now share them with you!

Yesterday was delivery day and what a treat it was to open up the bag and have these beauties ready to go for the week!

Our lives are so busy, and while we may have the best intentions to eat healthy, it usually doesn’t happen consistently unless we prepare and have quality meals ready to grab when we need them.

If you’re able to cook for yourself and your family and make that a reality, great job and keep it up!!!! But if you find that you simply are just too busy, let us help shoulder the burden and make it easier for you.

Place your order by Wednesday at noon or sign up for a subscription and your meals will be available for pickup on Sunday or Monday and for delivery on Monday.

Make eating healthy and mindfully as simple and easy (and delicious) as possible and you’ll find that it won’t be hard to stick with!

When it comes to health benefits, one of the most helpful and practical investments a company can make into their employees is providing them with tools to improve their nutrition.

Good nutrition is connected with stress management and the prevention of obesity related disease like diabetes and hypertension. What better way can you help your employees stay healthy and productive than by providing them with mindfully prepared, nutritious meals!

Today Nourish catered a Global Creative Team breakfast and did just that!

The team received Yogurt Parfaits with fresh raspberry rhubarb compote and our house-made Nourish granola with organic gluten free oats, sliced almonds, and pumpkin seeds, and our amazing Nourish Breakfast Sandwich with fresh eggs, house-made turkey sausage, spinach, and cheddar cheese on a sourdough English muffin.

The team was well fed and ready to focus from high quality food that provided a ton of energy and made their taste buds happy.

We have some amazing fresh tomatillo relish that will be served with Grilled Turkey Burgers with caramelized onions, baked sweet potato fries, and arugula salad with house-made ranch.

We also have a brand new menu item!! Cajun Shrimp and Chicken Cavatelli Pasta with broccoli… and as always, all of our pasta is made from scratch in house!
