This is called kongbiji jjigae or ground soybean stew. There are lots of variations but mom made a non spicy version with pork spare ribs and it’s incredible. A childhood favorite and it’s a 10/10. Thanks to mom for teaching me/us and hope y’all try this sometime 🙌

It felt like visiting a different city while we were staying here. So relaxing and the perfect place to unwind.

FYI You don’t need to stay overnight to access the springs (but if you do, you get unlimited access), you can just get a day pass that gives you 3 hours 👌

We went to Nostrana last night for an amazing Italian dinner and the manager took us to their garden where they source some of their freshest ingredients. Mom turned on the charm to 100 and ended up with a beautiful Astiana tomato! 😂🍅
