PROPERT SPOTLIGHT
Check out this gorgeous floating home on the Columbia River!

I had the pleasure of touring this beautiful home recently and couldn’t resist sharing. It’s rare to come across something like this anymore — thoughtfully remodeled and restored with so much love and care, while preserving all of the character that makes an older home so special.

The original details, the warmth, the craftsmanship… it’s just so good. I have such a soft spot for homes with a story, especially when someone has taken the time to bring one back to life without taking away everything that made it special in the first place. What a beautiful restoration these sellers did!

They truly don’t make them like this anymore. I’m in love! 😍

I am so excited for my wonderful first-time home buyers who closed on their gorgeous new home yesterday! 🥰

This fireplace sealed the deal for me and the gorgeous natural light and beautiful wood throughout certainly didn’t hurt.

They have such a fun vision for this home and I cannot wait to see them turn it into their mid-century modern dream. There is something so special about first-time buyers finding a home with great bones and seeing all the potential in what it can become.

Thanks for everything Julia Garriott-Your Mortgage Gal! Loved working with you on this one. 🙌

Congratulations again, you two! So excited for you and this next chapter. ❤️ .l

Congratulations to my wonderful buyers on their adorable new floating home on the Columbia River!

There’s something pretty incredible about a home where you can step off your deck and onto your sailboat, spend the day fishing or playing on the water, and come home to your own little waterfront retreat.

Floating homes offer such a unique lifestyle and an opportunity to make every weekend feel like a getaway. No packing up the car. No long drive. Just life on the river and a vacation right in your own backyard.

So excited for my buyers and all the memories they’ll make here.

If you’ve ever been curious about floating-home living, text or call me. I’d love to show you what’s out there.
