Rosenstadt Brewery Rosenstadt brews traditional German beer in Portland.

Founders Nick Greiner and Tobias Hahn bring a love of German beer and culture to the Northwest with Rosenstadt Brewery. Rooted solidly in brewing tradition, Rosenstadt’s beers come from a fresh perspective and offer bold flavors. They have set out to create a brewery making the beer types of southern Germany and serving them fresh in a welcoming biergarten located in Portland, Oregon.

Do you know what time it is? That’s right, Gravity Keg Friday! Today 5pm (Fri 5/08) we are tapping our Gold Export Lager (as always, $6 0.5L until the barrel is empty). Export (6% ABV, 32 IBU) is a Dortmund-style Export lager, robust , hop-forward and balanced. It’s stronger than a Helles and maltier than a Pilsner, yet it finishes crips and dry.

It’s Gravity Keg Friday! Today 5pm (Fri 4/17) watch us tap our German Hop Pale Ale ($6 0.5L until the barrel is empty). German Hop Pale Ale (5.3ABV 45IBU): German Mandarina Bavaria and Ariana hops create a flavor profile with notes of tangerine, and orange. Dry-hopped with Ariana.

New beer release this week - Märzen is back for spring! Join us Friday 4/3/26 at 5pm for the “Anstich” ($1 off 0.5L until the barrel is dry).
Märzen is a smooth and rich amber lager, and until recently, the defacto beer at Oktoberfest. Malty, smooth, harmonious. 5.6% ABV, 30 IBU
