In the mood for something spicy? Inspired by the Indian dish Keema, this was made with Plantly Meatless Crumbles, tomatoes, red peppers, cashews, onions, ginger, garlic, and spices like garam masala and fiery paprika. We topped it with sliced jalapeños and chopped mint leaves. Served on basmati rice, it was so tasty and so easy.
