To all our loyal customers we want to wish you the Happiest of Holidays. We would also like to thank all of you for helping us to be such a big part of the downtown business community for so many years. However after 20 years I have decided to enjoy having my summers back again. I’m retiring and my son and daughter in law are taking over the building. It will become part of ConfluxCity Brewery. Frosty Boy has been here for 38 years and the decision to quit was not an easy one to make. I hate that we are loosing another icon in town. However I do see the changes coming down the road and know that it is time to step aside and let something new develop. I’ve been in contact with Tom and Jamie from the Moose and hopefully they will take over where we left off and have all that you need at the Choc Moose. It’s been a fantastic ride and working with all of my wonderful employees over the years has made it a blast. The best to all of you and your families this Holiday Season and Thank You again. We are very sorry but due to the weather we have closed early today. We will reopen tomorrow 9/7 by 11.00 am.

Well it looks like spring has finally decided to appear. The ice cream arrived today and if all goes well on Thursday morning we should be open by Thursday afternoon. We are ready to get back to work serving all of you your favorite ice cream treat. Hope to see you this Thursday.

We just wanted to thank everyone who has come to our and ConfluxCity Brewing Co's aid these past few days. We have be lucky so far. We just have a a bit of water in our basement. We are not sure how much has come into the area because we are not able to get down there yet. Our main section of the building is untouched so far. We are uneasy about the up and coming storms that are predicted to hit us this week. We are so proud to be a part of this wonderful community. It is a city that really knows how to come together in a crisis. We also have the most wonderful group of First Responders around. They are always right where you need them to be when something happens. We hope that all of this will be over soon and we can get our lives back to normal. Thank you Portland you are the best.

Hi I'm just writing this post to stifle a rumor that is going around town. We have only closed the ice cream shop down for the season. We have not closed our ice cream business permanently. I'm not sure why these rumors get started but if you have any questions please contact me via Facebook thank you .

We will miss our dear friend Milt Smith who came everyday for his ice cream cone. RIP dear friend.

We are officially closed for the season. But don't worry, we will be opening earlier than normal with ConfluxCity Brewing Company and you'll be able to enjoy our new food menu with their yummy beers! Stay tuned for updates!
