October’s Pizza of the Month at our SW location is the Touch of Evil: cheese curds, pepperoni, red onion, cabernet tomatoes, pickled jalapeños, Monterey Jack cheese, and red sauce with a sriracha honey drizzle and cilantro garnish.

Come say hi at the Orchard & Ale Fest in Hood River this Saturday! 👋 This is the largest celebration of fresh hop b**rs and fall ciders in the PNW, and we’ll be there pouring our Falcon Quest IPA and Pilsner.

Fresh Hop Eagle Powers has landed! 🦅 Our FH West Coast IPA was made with fresh hop Chinook from our friends at Coleman Farms.

This is a classic West Coast style IPA with Simcoe and Mosaic taking charge of the dry hop. Pine, grapefruit, and cedar dominate the initial palate but there is a ripe stone fruit finish giving some refreshing fruit notes.

Look out for it on tap at our pubs and in limited quantities around town! 👀

Stop by for a pint of Fresh Hop Fizzy Biscuits before it’s gone! 🍺 This full bodied Hazy IPA features fresh hop Amarillo from Coleman Farms. Plus Mosaic and touch of Dolcita hops are thrown into the whirlpool to give stone fruit and grapefruit aromatics.

The fresh hop Amarillo is added to the cold side (completed b**r) to bring out all the grassiness you would expect from a fresh hop b**r. It’s topped off with a Citra dry hop to add some tropical notes.
