The Third Place is both a co-working suite and a cross-sector network that connects Maine’s Black professionals, students, and entrepreneurs to social, professional, and economic opportunities throughout the state. ⁠

Juneteenth, a portmanteau of “June” and “nineteenth”, honors and celebrates the day in 1865 when last enslaved people in the United States were freed.
