We love the Brunswick-Topsham Land Trust Farmer's Market! Last Saturday we had a fantastic first day out on Crystal Springs Farm and it was great to see so many familiar faces! Thank you to everyone who makes it happen and we will see you tomorrow!

Special variety coming to the !!

We have a small quantity of Golden Enoki that will be available at the Portland market tomorrow (1/13) starting at 9 a.m.
This is a new variety we're trying out and may have more of in the future, but for now, this is it!
Enoki has a unique, delicate taste and texture and has traditionally been used in Asian cuisine; making a great addition to Ramen, Stir Fry, salads, etc.
We'll also have all your regular favorites like Oysters, King Trumpet, Chestnut, and Lion's Mane.

A meaty mushroom with a lot of flavor, these are one of our most versatile varieties and make a great substitute for meat in almost any meal.
