Barrel No. 187. Distilled 01/06/18. Aged in Warehouse R - Floor 1 - Rick 3. Bottled at 90(45%) proof. 492 bottles, all 375ml😎 I did ask if they could all be 50ml mini bottles and was told no☹️I don’t get to anything fun or cool with Sazerac anymore so this was the next best thing😁 A thundering herd of little Buffalos!🦬🦬🦬🥃

Goodbye Martinique! The end of our trip to the Lesser Antilles has arrived🥺 Visited several amazing distilleries, ate great food, and shared wonderful experiences with some of the best people you could ask for! I’ll share more in the next few days. Can’t wait to do this again😎🌴🥃🌴

These are the kind of experiences that remind me that I am more than lucky to have a job that, not only do I like doing, that I LOVE doing. Because of trips like this. Learning about the history, production methods, conservation efforts, and just love for rum that Stade’s Rum Distillery has is amazing. The care and effort that goes into the rums they produce really is showcased touring the distillery. Even more so when we get to sample, I mean “research”, the product ourselves😁 And the people involved make it even better. Barbados may or may not be where rum was invented, but I would argue it’s where rums heart is🥃🌴

Laws Curaçao Finished Wheat Whiskey Single Barrel

The last of the barrels from the Denver trip back in January, it might be my personal favorite of the lot. Huge, huge, huge shoutout again to the awesome folks at Laws Whiskey House for allowing us to snag this truly amazing barrel🙌🏼

Barrel No. WWSF107. Mashbill of 100% Centennial wheat(51% raw/49% malted). Distilled 8/2/15. Secondary finish in a 200L used French oak Curaçao cask. Dumped and bottled on 4/29/26. Bottled at 142.2(71.1%) proof🌾🍊🔥 156 bottle yield. 65 left up for grabs.

This one is a monster pour. Big, bold, and flavorful.
Packs one hell of a punch😎🥃🥃
