Im looking for at least a nutritionist to work with me. Im really hoping that Medicare will help. Or next year when we can afford to get on Michaels insurance.
It's been really hard to stay away from the carbohydrates because they really are almost like an addiction. The horrible thing is that after eating them. Well it's not worth it. It just taste like I poured a cup of sugar down my throat.
One tip is to make sure that Im not hungry. I had salad and eggs for breakfast. I didn't eat any lunch or had a low carb protein shake. So at 4pm Im starving and I grabbed cookies instead of another salad with protean.
Day 2. Not perfect but learning every day.
