We changed up the menu at our airport popup location for May as well! This set of flavors is curated from our greatest hits, some of which like lemon poppy are currently only available at PDX. We have various combinations of flavors in assorted duo snack packs, or a complete box of all 9 flavors to bring a little piece of Portland to your destination 🍩✈️ now open even earlier for those early morning flights: 4am-6pm Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm Saturday Sunday

You’ve been asking for years, so now that we’ve got our footing with airport logistics we’re gonna give extended hours another shot. We sure hope Portland shows up for us this summer!

We’ve got a fun new set of monthly flavors this April! Last year’s fan favorite carrot cake is back by popular demand, we have a more travel friendly iteration of marionberry lemon for all the folks who want to bring home a taste of Oregon, plus two of our most visually dramatic flavors ever. Honey lavender has an ube lavender glaze and honey custard filling with a dusting of bee pollen, and peach green tea boba gets peach glaze with matcha pudding and peach popping boba, with a brushstroke of edible gold dust on each donut for enhanced eleganza. Usually our monthlies have a coherent theme, I suppose this month would be the ethereal magic of Portland’s first 70 degree day of the year 🌸🍩

This newest Mikiko is an extra special one, conveniently located pre-security and opening this Wednesday, March 18th. It’s an indescribable honor for us to represent Portland in this capacity, and at long last ye wary (of gluten) travelers can rest easy.

We were chosen for this opportunity as part of the PDX Popup Program, like . This is a one year residency, designed by to give local brands a platform in the airport environment. Super excited for this momentous opportunity, and for what more this year may bring 🍩✈️

Mikiko Mochi Donuts will come to PDX airport as we say goodbye to Missionary Chocolates in the pre-security pop-up shops.

“The Port of Portland is excited to welcome the two local businesses selected for PDX’s Pop-Up Program – eco-conscious lifestyle brand ECOVIBE and allergy-friendly sweet treat shop Mikiko Mochi Donuts.

In March 2026, both businesses will take up one-year residencies in the pre-security area of the newly remodeled main terminal, offering travelers a chance to shop small, eat well, and experience a little more Portland before they pass through security.”

Happy New Year folks!! We are back from a brief social media sabbatical to not only remind you we exist, but that we have a whole host of new flavors on offer now that it’s January! In addition to our normal monthly rotation we’ve done a full refresh on the middle row, so 8 of our 12 monthly flavors are new this month. Lots to try, and hopefully something for everyone!

2026 is shaping up to be our most promising year yet! We’ve got some big announcements on the immediate horizon, keep an eye out for that 🍩👀
