Burgundy’s story doesn’t begin and end on the Côte d’Or. Raphaëlle Guyot Raphaëlle Guyot is working its westernmost edge, in the Yonne, a corner so thoroughly hit by phylloxera in the 19th century that much of it was never replanted. She grew up on her family farm here, left to train with some of the Loire and Burgundy’s most thoughtful producers, and came back to restore what was lost. Biodynamic, a clear sense of where these wines are from.

Few grapes get misunderstood quite like Riesling. Wine Nerd along with a flight of wines by Weingut Clemens Busch is here to change your mind. From vines farmed the steep slate slopes above Pünderich on the Mosel since the 1600s, working organically and biodynamically since the 1980s. This flight is named for the slate beneath the vines: red, gray, and the vineyard itself. Dry, precise, and rooted in place.

Wednesday, 5-8pm. Flight $20. No reservations needed.
