Allagash White now has a 12-pack of gold medals. But seriously, we couldn’t be more proud of our team. With this most recent win at the 2026 Great American B**r Festival—the US’ largest b**r competition—our citrusy and smooth wheat b**r has entered pretty amazing territory. The excellence, knowledge, and plain-old hard work of our entire team makes it possible for Allagash White to continue to raise its quality year over year. Meaning, this wheat b**r made right here in Portland, Maine, continues to be the best b**r of its style anywhere in the world. Congrats again to our team, and thank you to our fans for enjoying it.

One morning in Maine, 260 hours of collective volunteering. That’s the impact 104 members of the Allagash staff had on our community this past Thursday for our Annual Community Day. We cleaned our coastline, stocked food pantries, supported animal rescue, prepared meals, sorted essential resources, and helped with access to healthcare supplies.

We’re proud to call Maine home and there’s no better feeling than getting out there and giving back alongside incredible partners supporting our community.

Thank you to our staff for rolling up their sleeves and helping to make a difference and thank you to our nonprofit partners whose work makes our community a better place.

Preserving, and celebrating, the natural beauty of our home state of Maine is as important to all of us here at Allagash as making delicious b**r. Not only does brewing require pristine natural ingredients, but our staff and community rely on them as well. And so we’re really gratified to have received a Conservation Leadership award from the Natural Resources Council of Maine this past Thursday. They noted our commitment to preserving Sebago Lake, our amazing water source—while working to reduce our brewery’s water usage—as well as our Maine-grown grain initiative, which celebrates the bounty of our state. We were recognized alongside some inspiring folks, whose impact has ensured more people get to experience the Maine that so many of us feel lucky to call home.
Thank you to Natural Resources Council of Maine for all they do, and thank you for continuing to enjoy our b**r!

A couple times a year we get the whole Allagash crew together for some companywide connection and celebration. Because of that we will have modified hours this Thursday, September 24th.
