A peek into our Blessing of the Fruit tradition!

Our first fruit of the season was brought to us today; Sauvignon Blanc from Lonesome Springs Ranch. This is a huge call for celebration, so we invite the whole crew to come down to the cellar. We honor the fruit and mark the beginning of Harvest 2026!

We had a toast of our ‘21 Brut Reserve and an on-theme snack prepared by Chef Jami (yes, those are charred grapes!).

Follow along for more harvest content and updates to come. Cheers to our fellow wineries, harvest interns, and wine lovers! Harvest 2026; We’re gonna crush it!

We had a blast at the Oregon Zoo Wine for Wildlife event! Two nights of Oregon wines, new faces, and cute animals, all while raising funds and awareness for protecting endangered species at home and around the world.

It was so great to meet new wine lovers! We hope that our Pinots provided the perfect sip to stroll around the zoo with.

Want to visit us after trying our wine? Reservations can be made through the Tock link in our bio. We would love to see you! As a reminder, we are about a 12 minute drive from the Oregon zoo.

Vineyard update! We are still in our Veraison phase, but the grapes are definitely getting plumper and more purple.

Our harvest interns are here making sure our cellar is squeaky clean, our first fruit is coming next week, and our whole Amaterra community is buzzing with excitement about our new vintage! We can’t wait to see what this year will taste like.

If you want to hear some serious cork-dork knowledge, visit us at either location for the full rundown of our wines and winemaking. Can’t wait to talk wine with you!

Our Ode to Dolly; a rift on Dolly Parton’s “Dirt Road Martini”, we call ours the Cup of Ambition!

A classic martini with southern flair, including our own house-made ice tea. Ruby G tomatoes dusted with brown sugar and salt as a garnish.

Dolly famously loved potatoes; pair this drink with our caviar and house-made chips for the perfect way to celebrate her! See you at the bar!

We are spotlighting our “Disheveled Joseph” Slider: Onions braised in Pinot Noir, Tillamook cheddar cheese, chili, ginger, all on a toasted Challah bun. Pickled pepper served on the side!

This special is an ode to our Chef de Cuisine’s, Mat McCord, childhood favorite. Long summer days in Tri-Cities were topped off with chef’s mother’s Sloppy Joes. We wanted to encapsulate this familiar, seasonal taste and share it with you!

Come and get it while it’s here and summer is still upon us. Reservations are available through the Tock link in our bio!

Bottling week: the glamorous side of winemaking.

This week, our production team bottled a lot of wine, and while it may not always look glamorous, it’s one of the most rewarding parts of the job.

Days of standing on our feet, the constant clanking of the bottling line, paper cuts, tired legs, steel toe boots, and a whole lot of hard work later… these wines are officially one step closer to your glass!

There’s something pretty special about seeing a wine move from winery floor to a finished bottle, knowing that soon it will be opened, poured, and shared around tables with all of you.

The work is tough, the payoff is worth it.

Moments from our Veraison Dinner on Sunday night!

The Porchetta-style whole roast pig was definitely the star of the show, thanks Chef Jon for coming back to cook with us! Other delicious highlights included chilled & marinated glass noodles, grilled corn ribs, cast iron peach crumble, Wolf Hill Chardonnay (a wine club favorite), and more! Shoutout to our staff for putting on this event and to our wine club members for enjoying it with us.
