🏔️2023 Mountain Echo Pinot Noir — an energetic and elegant red-fruited Pinot Noir, perfect for dinner with friends.

🌙 2023 Midnight Journey Syrah — spicy, aromatic, and dark-fruited cool climate Syrah, perfect for a slow dinner in.

Compris Vineyard is a family-owned w**ery in the Chehalem Mountains AVA, sitting at 300-500 feet elevation. Dru and Erin use organic and biodynamic farming principles, and their vineyard is LIVE certified.

You can find these on our “New Arrivals” rack in the center of the shop on your next visit.

“Tomislav’s grandfather was a pioneer in reviving the Škrlet grape, and following in his footsteps, Tomislav has continued that quest. However, Tomba’s grandfather also always told him that the best w**e of the region for every day drinking, was an an equal blend of the two iconic white varietals of Moslavina: Škrlet and Graševina. So as an ode to both Tomba’s grandather, and these two prominent varietals - Ikons was born.”

Ever heard someone say “I can’t stand Chardonnay” or “I only drink Chardonnay”? A lot of that has to do with oak.

We’ll pour one Chardonnay raised only in stainless steel and one that saw oak, plus one Pinot Noir from stainless and one from barrel. Side-by-side, the difference is pretty clear.

Saturday tastings are free as always.

From limestone marl soils of the Loire Valley comes this
crisp refreshing white. It is mineral-driven with clean citrus notes and a saline finish.

It’s also the perfect accompaniment to goat cheese, such as the Cypress Grove herbs de Provence goat cheese (found in our refrigerator). 😋
