This is our Spellbound single origin Colombian coffee:

Spellbound is a Tabi varietal, which came about as a hybrid of bourbon, typica, and timor. With a very high cupping score of 86.25, its silky body, perfect balance, and a panela-like sweetness, Spellbound is sure to leave you in awe! Notes of: red apple, blueberries, panela, and sugar cane.

We’re so excited to announce that in a few weeks, we will have a new washed Colombia coffee varietal on our website. This amazing coffee from Concordia, Antioquia, Colombia, is grown and processed by the Posada family. We’ll be roasting it medium (our first medium since launch!), and the notes we have delighted ourselves in so far are orange, vanilla, and chocolate. We can’t wait to share it with you!
If you’re an espresso lover this is the one for you!!
