Ramblin' Rose LLC is a gourmet, vegan ice cream truck servin' up smiles and love in the Rose City

Ramblin' Rose LLC is the product of a long, strange trip that began when I(Mary Clare) met Jason Brown. He took care of me like I was his daughter for the first year that I lived in Portland; Then he parted with this dimension, and left a legacy, a dream and an ice cream truck. He planted a few seeds in my heart, and I have been cultivating this idea for a while by fixing up that old truck, crafting recipes that can be enjoyed by everyone and basking in the abundance of the Rose City.

2016? I was working my ass off tryna get this truck built. I trimmed an obscene amount of w**d to pay for it and at the end of 2016, on my way back up from California, I finally made the last payment. Here's a glimpse of Ramblin' Rose a decade ago.
